  1. NCAM NCAM + Laminin Control SMA I Supplemental Figure 4. Expression of NCAM (red) and Laminin (green) in control and SMA prenatal muscle. NCAM was observed in plasma membranes of cells and was highly expressed inside basal lamina of myotubes. No differences were observed between control and SMA muscles. Scale bar: 50 mm (lower magnifications) and 20 mm (higher magnifications).
