PM FILTER WDM • PM WDM pump coupler combines 980nm and 1550nm, or 980nm and 1064nm optical signals, respectively, while maintaining their polarization states. • This component is based on mature thin film filter technology that delivers environmentally stable and long term reliable performance. • WDM series of polarization maintaining wavelength division multiplexers (WDMs) are used to combine light of different wavelengths into a single fibre. •  DK Photonics offers source to fibre wavelength division multiplexers, where the sources are mounted directly onto the device. • These WDMs are ideal for telecommunication applications such as drop/add filters for either coarse WDM (CWDM) or dense WDM (DWDM) applications.

6. The 1480/1550nm Polarization Maintaining Filter WDM multiplexes PM signals and maintains the output polarization with high extinction ratio using advanced micro-optic filter technology. All input and output fibers are polarization maintaining. • It can also be provided with a PM isolator integrated in the same package.
