  3. 1. Enable ‘Developer’ Tab

  4. In Developer tab, click ‘More Controls’ then choose ‘Shockwave Flash Object’

  5. Click and drag a rectangle where you want the YouTube Video

  6. Right-click on object and choose ‘Properties’

  7. Find ‘Movie’ line and paste/modify YouTube url as described Copy/paste the YouTube url into the ‘Movie’ line.E.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hChq5drjQl4 Remove the ‘watch?’, put a / after the ‘v’, and remove the ‘=‘ sign.E.g. Before http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hChq5drjQl4Afterhttp://www.youtube.com/v/hChq5drjQl4 Exit the properties

  8. Launch your PowerPoint and YouTube video will appear! (Internet required)
