LEARNING ALLIANCE GROWTH & PROFIT TIMETABLE: • June 21st  - Problems statement/Project Description clearly articulated, project deliverables stated and process for completion summarized.  This document will need to be signed/approved by each alliance member (Client, MBA Faculty Advisor, and SBTDC Counselor). • July 21st (approx.) – all primary and secondary data collected relevant to project,  outline of final project paper provided, and preliminary statement of key alternatives/recommendations. • August 23rd  (approx.) – First rough draft of paper and presentation slides, schedule of practice presentation made. • Sept. 6th - 16th (5pm, 6:15 & 7:30pm) – Formal Presentations. • LA G&P Culmination Celebration: Weds., October 11th.

  4. LEARNING ALLIANCE GROWTH & PROFIT FORMAT – Oral Presentation • Sixty minutes total (5, 6:15, & 7:30). • Thirty minutes to present & 30 minutes for Q&A • Every team member must present (3-5 minutes) • Suggest no more than 15-20 .ppt slides - see Dougherty’s recommendations. • Business Professional Dress • Copies of .ppt slides for audience.

LEARNING ALLIANCE GROWTH & PROFIT FORMAT – PAPER • Client is the audience. • 10-12 pages body of paper (does not include Exec Sum, TOC, appendices, and/or references). • See Dougherty’s recommendation re. clarity, wording, etc. • Five copies and electronic version due to Dr. Howe two days before presentation.

LEARNING ALLIANCE GROWTH & PROFIT Evaluation/Expectation: * MVA Award * MBA 553 (1 hr) & MBA 541 (20%) * Two MBA Faculty, SBTDC Counselor, and Client (oral presentation only). * Peer Evaluations * Clarity, logical flow, supported recommendations, implementation issues, and ability to assess value added.

LEARNING ALLIANCE GROWTH & PROFIT TASK FOR YOUR TEAM TODAY: • Clear statement of Project Objectives • Listing of Secondary & Primary Data Needed to Analyze Problem and/or Support Recommendations • Team Member’s Assignments/Responsibilities with Timetables. • One or two pages at most….email/attach to client listserv.
