  3. Tips nutrisi • Kurangi makanan dan minuman manis terutama diatas jam 8 malam • Minum susu kalsium 1000 mg • Sayuran hijau setiap makan siang • Hindari makan panas minum dingin • Hindari makan makanan yg berbahaya buat gusi • Minuman soda
