  4. Eligibility • Schools • Non-profit elementary schools • Non-profit secondary schools • For-profit schools with endowments of less than $50 million • Libraries • Public libraries • Public elementary or secondary school library • Academic library

  5. Discount Level • Schools • Number of students eligible for reduced or free lunch • Libraries • Must use the NSLP of local school district
