Knowledge • Issues of interest • Technology and Automation • Human interaction – user-friendliness of customer interface • Globalization – how does it translate? • Information Security and Ethical Use of Data • Measuring and Quantifying Customer Experience • Analysis of the Effectiveness of a Marketing Strategy

Analytics • Personal goal of extending my network by a minimum of 15 knowledgeable individuals in the fields of interest.

  10. Reputation • Goal: • To present myself as someone who is effective at utilizing the knowledge and applying it expertly and rapidly to provide solutions • Establish a proven track record and make sure the right people are aware of it.
