  41. Change Management Process J3P J3P will provide CLAO with a “Request for Change” or “Change Order” form which will detail the following information: • Description • Reason • Expected outcome • Anticipated deliverable date • Breakdown of costs associated with requested change 1 2 3 4 5

  42. Allowances: Change Management J3P Our process will allow for: • renegotiation of cost, • reallocation of resources, or any • additional resources needed to effectively implement the change.
