The Meaning of IMCD • All Mother and Family Centres are united by thecommon ideaof ​​supportingmotherhoodand defendingthe interests of families with children.Each country is different,their traditions, culture, mentality, political situation, language. • Therefore themeaning of IMCD is get to know each other better and to exchange good practice in the education of children, parental education or creative activities implemented in the centres. Annual Motto: „Discovertheworld of MotherCentres“

  5. International Participation • Three continents, dozens of countries, more than onehundred Mother Centres • Argentina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, USA, Kenya, Rwanda... etc.

  6. Leadership • Eachyear a different country leadstheevent, whichcanpresentthebeautyofthelandscape, as well as meaningful activitiesand thedaily life of thelocalmother centres on a global level toall participating countries 2010 – Germany 2011 – Bulgaria 2012 – CzechRepublic 2013 - Argentina

  7. Leadership of Slovakia • Slovakia as a leader of the 5th year of IMCD will present itself in 2014

IMCD all over Slovakia • International Mother Centres Days will be celebrated as a Fairytale marathon „ From fairytale to fairytale“ • 6th – 10th October 2014 in all Mother Centres in Slovakia • Accompanying programme : performances, reading fairytales, open MC´s days for the public, open courses, presentation of MINE group...etc • More about activities www.materskecentra.sk
