ANNANDALE, Va. ─ 7E Investments, a Virginia-based leading mortgage note investment firm, today announced the appointment of Lauren Wells as Vice President, Investor Relations and Strategy. In this new role, Ms. Wells will further strengthen the company’s leadership team in driving business expansions. Ms. Wells joined 7E Investments in 2021, working closely with its Founder Christopher Seveney on fund management and business strategy. With this new appointment, she will lead strategic evaluations of market research and implement, lead and support business strategies. “I’m pleased to see Lauren transition to this new role as we enter an exciting new phase in our organization’s growth journey. Ms. Wells has helped build and manage a portfolio of over 100 assets, covering both residential real estate and mortgage notes. An alumnus of UC Santa Barbara, Ms. Wells holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. She lives in Santa Barbara with her husband and two sons.
