  17. ConstitutionMajlis Ansārullāh § 45. Nāzim of a Region/District shall be nominated by the Sadr Majlis § 46. Nāzim of a Region/District shall be appointed for a period of one year

The members of Majlis Āmila of a Region /District shall be nominated by the Nāzim of the Region/District. He shall obtain approval of their nomination from Sadr Majlis

  23. Responsibilities of aRegional Nāzim • Shall be responsible for affairs of all Majālis in his region • Shall preside over the meetings of Majlis ‘Āmila of his region • Shall send a report of his activities to Sadr Majlis every month

  24. Responsibilities of aRegional Nāzim • It shall be necessary for all Nāzimeen and Zu’ama to attend the National Ijtimā‘ unless prior permission has been requested and granted by Sadr Majlis

  25. A Regional Nāzim Should • Become familiar with all Majālis in the region • Stay in touch with all Zu’ama and assist them where help is needed • Ensure that each Majlis submits its monthly report by the 7th of each month

  26. A Regional Nāzim Should • Ensure that Center’s directives are carried out in each Majlis in the region • Hold a quarterly teleconference with Zu’ama of the region • Visit each Majlis at least once a year

  27. A Regional Nāzim Should • Appoint regional ‘Āmila if possible and obtain approval from Sadr • Send appropriate person from a neighboring Majlis to help a Majlis in need
