  3. La podemos definir como aquellos procesos intencionales de un grupo para alcanzar objetivos específicos, en lo que se facilita el trabajo.

  4. Para que haya un buen trabajo colaborativo debe existir:

  5. Confianza • Compromiso • Comunicación • Coordinación • Complementariedad • Liderazgo

  6. Ventajas de trabajar colaborativamente

Permite desarrollar destrezas de autodescubrimiento • Aumenta el autoestima de cada participante de ejecutar una acción. • Desarrolla la creatividad. • Se distribuye la carga de trabajo. • Se refuerza el trabajo en equipo • Se logra la integración de la sociedad • Refuerza los valores • Promueve el sentido de pertenencia

Conclusión • El trabajo colaborativo nos permite descubrir nuestras fortalezas y debilidades, identificar nuestras oportunidades y minimizar nuestras limitaciones. • También nos permite elaborar nuestro plan de mejoras para tomar decisiones acertadas y beneficien el trabajo grupal como parte de una integración social.
