PR80031 Retail Application Upgrade SLA Exception Request Retail release includes several SIRs and Application patches, as well as DB Upgrades for PaperFree, NAESB and Siebel • Testing concluded that database migration to Production could add 10-12 hours to the release ERCOT is asking to begin the release at 6am on Saturday (6 hrs early), to ensure we finish by midnight Sunday • Will affect Retail, MarkeTrak and TML

  3. 2010 SLA Update • Maintenance/Release schedules unchanged • Clarification to Outage definition; added degradation • Cleaned up verbiage on Market Notices; incident reporting • Streamlined Incident Log elements • Updated Release calendar for 2010 Changes are highlighted in attached document

  4. SLA Metrics • TML and MarkeTrak were above SLA • Retail Processing was .01% under • MarkeTrak monitors • Issues with new monitoring applications affected results for MT; data is not 100% accurate
