Donna Dackow

In 1992, Donna Dackow graduated from the University of Tampa with a B.A. in Communications. Later in 1999, Donna Dackow earned an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from the same university. After graduating, Donna Dackow became a Certified Insurance Counselor. She also became a Certified Risk Manager in 2007. Eventually, Donna Dackow went to school at the Florida Coastal School of Law. There, she earned a Juris Doctorate and graduated proudly with Pro Bono Honors.

Enjoys Mediation • After a career working in insurance, business and in marketing, Donna Dackow decided to go to law school where she began to focus on alternate dispute resolution. • She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2012 and began working as a mediator right away. • She enjoys being able to bring about closure to two sides whenever a dispute arises. • It's challenging work, but she studied hard to make sure she would have the skills to handle varied situation. • She looks forward to a long career in mediation.

Donna Dackow Helps Others • Helping others has always been an important part of Donna Dackow's life. • Donna Dackow has continued this spirit of helping others by volunteering at the Springs Battered Women's Shelter in Tampa for several years as well as the Hubbard House in Jacksonville for over 3 years. • She has helped organize the Family Nurturing Center’s Chocolate Challenge fund raiser since 2009. • This event raised over $25,000 annually for the Family Nurturing Center.

  4. Education Is a Priority for Donna Dackow There has been one constant in Donna Dackow's adult life that has always led to improvements in her professional and personal life. That constant is education. The more she studies, the more she likes expanding her skill set and knowledge. After graduating from college in the 1990s, Donna Dackow ended up going back to school two more times. She earned her MBA in 1999 and recently earned her Juris Doctorate in mediation in 2012. Making education a priority has certainly paid off for Donna Dackow!
