  33. As we toured the campus, we felt like Joshua and Caleb when they saw the giant produce of Canaan. We were not expecting a tropical paradise on campus. We could only praise God as they did:“The land we passed through and explored is exceedingly good. If the LORD is pleased with us, he … will give it to us.”

  34. Taiwan Prayer Topics Though the land is good, Buddhist shrines and temples are ubiquitous. Pray for the gospel to reach the 23 million Taiwanese. And for Taiwan to be a Holy Nation and to send missionaries to the mainland. Pray also for: - Students to come to Bible Study and SWS - The Sunday message each week - Steve to teach well - Allison’s PhD defense
