  1. O Método 5w 2h A recomendação do uso do 5W1H não é nova. O mais antigo registro encontrado nesse sentido está no "Tratado sobre Oratória" escrito por Marcus Fabius Quintilianus (entre os anos 30 e 100 d.C.). Esse tratado se refere a textos para discursos. Quintilianus observava que, para se obter a compreensão do público sobre qualquer tema era necessária a utilização do hexágono de perguntas (e respostas) contido em seu tratado. As seis perguntas básicas a serem respondidas para o êxito da comunicação eram: o que, quem, quando, onde, por quê e como.
