Current RR IM Operations Infrastructure -67 servers of which 59 are virtual -4 server rooms -25Mbps Internet link (Internet Solutions) -2 APNs (Vodacom & MTN) -Presence in 35 sites of which 21 are on the Wi-Fi WAN (Wi-Fi Direct) Staff Complement Operations - 10 BRM – 1 Service Delivery - 5 BSM – 2 S&A - 5 IM Management – 2 Portfolio – 3 Learners – 17 Total – 45 of which 42 % are Women and 89 % are Black . User Base Servicing 6 Product Groups and 4 Service areas with 3500 users Applications 29 Applications of which 6 are Eskom owned
