China blocks UN action against Masood Azhar; India expresses disappointment External Affairs Ministry said India will continue to pursue all available avenues to ensure that leaders of terror groups involved in heinous attacks on Indian citizens are brought to justice Current Affairs: India Wednesday communicated dissatisfaction not long after China blocked one more move at the United Nations to assign Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed's boss Masood Azhar as a "worldwide fear based oppressor". In its response, the External Affairs Ministry said India will keep on pursueing every accessible road to guarantee that pioneers of dread gatherings engaged with deplorable assaults on Indian residents are conveyed to equity.

This has averted activity by the universal network to assign the pioneer of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), a prohibited and dynamic fear based oppressor association which has asserted obligation regarding the psychological oppressor assault in Jammu and Kashmir on February 14," the MEA said.
