Strengthening and re-orientation of the employment of new engineers, who are affected by the economic crisis, to contemporary professional activities. Exploiting new technologies to create self-employment initiatives Design of up to date tools for the efficient organization of services offered by local social care agencies Enhancement of knowledge and skills of unemployed beneficiaries in order to organize local social care agencies
