  5. Advantages - Borrowing • Automates many borrowing tasks: selecting lenders, verifying holdings and locations • Unmediated in ILLiad after CCC clearance

  6. Advantages - Lending • Receive requests only for items and years (!) that we own • Our library’s call number and location is included in each request
