  3. Our habitat for our report is the cave. You can find giant crystals in caves In New Mexico. There are three zones : entrance zone , twilight zone and dark zone. The colors of the cave is black , gray , and brown. The caves walls feel hard and bumpy. Caves have stalactites and stalagmites. They drip from the ceiling to the floor. A cave is any natural hollow space in the earth. Caves can occur in rock, ice, and underwater. Caves are found all over the world.

  4. There are bats, barn owls baby owls called chicks, and cave crickets living in caves. Plants that live in caves are moss , mushrooms, and ferns.

  5. One interaction that happens in caves is between animal to animal. Guano is the scientific name for bat poop. Bats eats insects that eats bacteria eats guano. One interesting fact about the cave is caves take millions of years to form so if something In them is broken it can’t just grow back overnight!
