  4. Our successful gender equality policies and measures • Holder of “Family Friendly Enterprise” Certificate • Member of UN initiative Global Compact • Employer of 157 women, of those 6 in the leading positions (1/3 of all leading positions)

  5. Our goals by the end of GENIS LAB Active cooperation in achieving common project goals, namely: • Within WP 2 • Within WP 3 • Within WP 4

  8. Within WP 4 • Participating in defining of a common approach suitable to support structural changes • Defining self-tailored action plan to implement necessary gender-focused structural changes • Participating in monitoring and evaluation

  9. We would like to... • See more women in leading positions in our organization • Alleviate difficulties women are facing in their professional endeavours • Promote involvement of women in science and management • Learn from partners in GENIS LAB of their best practices
