Level 1: • Welcomes taxpayers and ensures a smooth flow at site • Distributes Client Intake form and ensures taxpayers have ID and SSN (questions referred to LC) • Assists LC to ensure that taxpayers with disability issues receive appropriate accommodation Level 2: • Assists taxpayer to complete Client Intake form as necessary, ensuring all boxes are completed and explaining process to taxpayers • Conducts initial interview to ensure return is in scope and referring tax law questions to Counselor and/or noting on form for further discussion • Organizes taxpayer documents for ease of Counselor Regional Meetings – 2013
