  4. The Opening Section • The first section a person sees upon launching this website is the navigation and header. • The opening titles, tag lines, and navigation titles give the viewer the precise content and intent of this website. • The creation of this section’s background video has the intention: • Setting a backdrop demonstrating the hectic day to day life • The entry of the loop of is a peaceful opening of a satellite view of the earth rotating from night to day • The fast forward and time lapse images depict the haste and automated movement we do each day, every day • The closing section of the loop reminds the viewer the “chronic” aspect • The background video has opacity that represents the haze in which we all walk around in with our busy lives under chronic stress • Lastly, the icon of the businessman meditating represents both worlds combined; which is the hoped-for outcome for the viewer.

  5. The next section is called – Impacts of Stress • This section has facts directly from the research paper and from infographics that bring attention to the adverse impacts of stress.

  6. The next section – What Meditation is NOT • In this section, there is a video clip created with a compilation of funny selections of Steve Martin’s performance of a CEO that practices Meditation in the movie Baby Mama. There are still many individuals that perceive practicing meditation is eccentric, or one would behave in this way. • The purpose of the video is for levity and to demonstrate the opposite of what a leader that practices Mindfulness Meditation looks like and how they behave. • However, it is important to note, the success of this character and the real mindful, meditative leaders are similar.

  7. The next section – Successful Meditators • This section has six boxes that open as the mouse hovers over the blue meditator icon or square. • The goal is to demonstrate ACTUAL and successful people that attribute meditation to an integral part of their success. These six boxes contain • Two infographics on why breathing is essential • A video compellation of successful leaders that practice Mindfulness Meditation • A video compellation of Organizations that lead with, support, or promote Mindfulness Meditation • A video compellation of successful athletes that practice Mindfulness Meditation • A video compellation of successful celebrities that practice Mindfulness Meditation

The next section – Learn to Meditate Knowing how to meditate is a fundamental element of this creative product • The intent of this feature is to give the viewer the opportunity to learn how to self-manage the chronic stressors of the workplace. • This short video teaches the viewer how to meditate with a breathing exercise. Following this video is an infographic that has other useful information on how to meditate at work.

  10. The next section – Let us Begin This section is the area where the viewer can sample various types of meditations. This area is interactive and is intended for the audience to participate in a Mindfulness Meditation session and discover its benefits for themselves. It is meant this area is a kick-starter to a Mindfulness Meditation Stress Reduction Program for a Leader or an Organization It is intended the Leader and Organization recognize the cost effectiveness of utilizing programs, websites,or smartphone app’s as they practice through this site.
