  2. 本研究主要製備勃姆石溶膠(AlOOH)與噻唑偶氮染料之混成材料。先利用4-取代乙醯苯、硫代尿素及碘以隔水加熱迴流方式反應合成中間體4-取代2-胺基噻唑中間體並當作偶合鹽,分別與重氮鹽對硝基苯胺及對甲氧基苯胺反應,製得4-取代噻唑偶氮染料,進而將染料與不同比例的乙烯基三乙氧基矽烷(VTES)/異丙醇鋁(AIP)與VTES/四乙氧基矽烷(TEOS)/AIP產生水解聚縮合反應,製得VTES/ AlOOH和VTES/ TEOS/AlOOH與噻唑系偶氮染料之混成材料。再藉由FT-IR,29Si-NMR,SEM等儀器分析其化學結構。進而對聚醯胺織物進行染色加工,進而對各加工染織物探討其蓄熱保溫性、接觸角、耐磨擦、耐水洗堅牢度,透氣性與撥水度等各項物性。 摘要
