  5. Patient had no improvement with measures • Serum IgE for Mrs Sheela (weight 65kg): 350 IU/ml • 2 factors decide on dose of Anti IgE or Omalizumab Weight and IgE levels

  6. Dose for Mrs Sheela: • Inj Omalizumab 450mg (150mg × 3 vials) subcutaneous every 4 weeks • Treatment has to be given for atleast 16 weeks • Omalizumab was administered for a year • Sheela felt better, Asthma under control • Omalizumab was discontinued
