  1. INTRODUCTION • Mercedes-Benz brand is the world's oldest manufacturer of cars. It belongs to the German company Daimler AG.

  2. Daimler designed the first motor vehicles in 1886. Benz presents the first four-wheeled car in 1893. In 1926 Daimler and Benz merged to form the Daimler-Benz AG. They build the first car. HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT First car

  12. Hybrid technology: Mercedes-Benz will invest 40 million € in the development and industrialization of the new generation of this hybrid cars in 2012 .
