  1. Traditional Round Centerpieces The most popular styles of floral designs because of the massed mixed flower look and because they are easily adaptable to any occasion.

  2. Prepare Container Select waterproof container, wet foam(1/6 of a block), secure foam into container.

  3. Create your shape Use foliage (leatherleaf) to disguise the floral foam. This forms the simple outline of the design. Insert small pieces evenly spaced throughout the design.

  4. The entire arrangement should appear to radiate from the center of the container. Use 2 stems of viking poms in a triangular pattern to establish the height and width of the arrangement.

  5. Add Additional Flowers Insert additional green cushion poms between the original placements to fill in the shape all the way around the arrangement. Place all stems as though radiating from the central point.

  6. Create interest with an additional flower Using alstroemeria to add a vibrant color to the arrangement. Place the flower heads at different heights to create depth and interest. Note: Individual alstroemeria blossoms can be removed from the main stem for insertion into the bouquet.

  7. To Finish add Filler Flowers Using the filler flower white aster cut into smaller pieces to finish filling in throughout the arrangement.
