  3. Your brain needs a constant supply of blood and oxygen to work efficiently. It never stops working, awake and asleep.

  4. When you are trying to concentrate, your mind can be full of distractions!!

  5. To achieve success in any activity, you must FOCUS on your GOALS

  6. FOCUS = CONCENTRATION And avoiding distractions!

  7. I will arrive mentally prepared • I will have all my kit ready • I will do my warm-up exercises • I will use my practice time to identify the lane conditions by bowling across the pins • I will use my non-bowling time to review my game so far • I will concentrate on EVERY shot • I will use my grip sack & towels after EVERY shot
