  2. Why We’re Here • Bring life to Mars • Find new resources • Build cities and provide protection • Explore the surface of the planet

Basic Government Structure • Eleven government leaders that control the different work fields and make decisions based upon the needs of the base camp. • Confer with each other during monthly meetings. Emergency meetings will be called under certain circumstances. • Military Police will enforce laws and keep the peace in the community.

  4. Education system • One large institution that branches off into eleven different fields of work. • A persons career is decided upon by the needs of the colony. • These are the eleven different working classes in our colony - Safety Inspectors, Purificators, Sanitation, Engineers, Doctors, Law Enforcers, Refiners/Miners, City Officials, Teachers, Military, and Electricians/Solarists.

  5. Military and Police • Every person within the colony is required to have had prior military training, excluding the city officials. • Military outposts are placed above ground with a security fence, if breeched, the city goes into lockdown mode. All doors and elevators are locked and the area that has been breeched becomes quarantined.
