  2. IE 보안옵션 설정 파일 다운로드 시 보안옵션 설정해주어야 제대로 다운로드 됩니다. 인터넷옵션->보안탭->인터넷->사용자지정수준->파일다운로드 항목을 사용으로 지정

  3. IE 신뢰하는 사이트 등록

  4. IE 팝업 차단 해제

  5. IE 호환성보기 설정 – IE8 호환성 보기가 설정 되어 있다면 IE에 호환성 보기 버튼을 눌러 호환성 보기 설정을 해제 해줍니다.

  6. 사용환경 Flash Player 설치 http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/ download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_ Version=ShockwaveFlash   Flash Player는 Adobe 공식 사이트에서 설치 하실 수 있습니다. (1) ‘Google Toolbar 설치 안함’을 권장합니다. (2) 약관에 동의 후 “지금 설치하기” 버튼을 선택하여 설치를 시작합니다 (2009년 10월 현재 Flash Player 10.0.32.18 버전이 최신입니다.) 무료 Google 툴바(선택 사항) 항목의 체크 박스를 선택 해제 합니다.

  7. 사용환경 Flash Player 설치 Flash Player가 성공적으로 설치 완료 되면 아래와 같은 화면이 나옵니다. 정상적으로 완료가 되지 않으면, 삭제 과정(다음페이지 참고)부터 재실행 해주시기 바랍니다.

  8. 기능설명 Flash Player 삭제 • Flash Player plug-in과 ActiveX를 삭제 하기 위해서 전용 삭제 툴을 사용합니다. • 삭제 툴은 http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157&sliceId=1 에서 다운 로드 받을 실 수 있습니다. (uninstall_flash_player.exe / Windows 버전을 다운 받으시길 바랍니다.)  • Uninstaller 다운로드 후 exe 파일을 실행 하고, “예”를 선택하여 Flash Player 삭제를 실행합니다.

  9. 사용환경 Flash Player 오류 • 현황판 사용 중에 위와 같은 Flash Player 오류가 발생 할 수 있습니다. Flash Player Plug0-in Active X 가 올바르게 설치되지 않았거나, 웹 브라우져 상에서 타 Active-X 와 충돌이 생기는 경우입니다. • 위와 같은 장애팝업이 노출되는 경우, 현 단말기에 설치된 Flash Player를 삭제 한 후 최신 버젼의 Flash Player로 수동설치 해주셔야 합니다. (예:위 그림은 Flash Player 9.0.110 버전에서의 화면입니다.)
