  3. 1 - $200 • A ring of structures at the border of the brainstem and cerebral cortex. It includes the hypothalamus, hippocampus and amygdala. • What is the Limbic System?

  4. 1 - $300 • An almond shaped neural cluster at the end of the hippocampus that controls emotion • What is an amygdala?

  5. 1 - $400 • Wraps around the back of the thalamus and helps to process new memories. • What is the hippocampus?

  6. 1 - $500 • This neural structure regulates many of the body’s maintenance activities such as eating, drinking, sexual arousal, and body temperature. • What is the hypothalamus?
