LAP Student Data Report in EDS system • Work with your district data system manager to report all LAP-served students • Collect student-level data: • Entry and exit dates for LAP services • Entry and exit (pre- and post-) scores • Assessment instrument • Assure all students are coded for LAP services following CEDARS business rules • Check and clean data in your student data system to upload to CEDARS • 2014-15 LAP Student Data Report will launch early in 2015 to view • Email Jordyn Green (Jordyn.green@k12.wa.us) to be put on email contact list with name, job title, phone and names of others to get information
