  4. Stretching (5 min) • High Knees • Walking lunges • Quick-foot/High-Knee Karaoke • Monster kicks • Sumo stretch

  5. Main Workout (30 Min) • Offensive drills (11 min) • Passing, Receiver’s routes, Run/Pass Blocking, Trick Plays • Defensive drills (11 min) • Individual/Gang tackling, Goal line Stop, turnover drill, • Special Teams (6 min) • Punting, Field Goal kicking, Returning drills • Water/Gatorade Break (2 min)

  6. Scrimmage (20 min) • 7 on 7- quarterback has 4 seconds to get ball to receiver or lose a down • 1st down every 20 yards

  7. Cool Down (5 min) • Water/Gatorade Break (2 min) • Stretching (3 min) • Toe Touches • Sumo Squats • Mountain Climbs
