  2. FOOD Kids favourite thing comes from the kitvhen Kids and food, these two words can be used together, because they can't be separated. Many schools like Boarding schools in Dehradun and Schools in Mussoorie has tried to opt the maximum healthy eating habits for their students. So, here are some healthy eating habits that should always been kept in mind.

  3. EAT HEALTHY MEAL Eating healthy should be a priority, and for kids it's a must. If they won't eat healthy they won't be strong both physically and mentally. They will get obese and will eventually get sick. So, always try to cook Street food in home itself and try to make it as much as nutritious as you can.

  4. AVOID JUNK FOOD Kids just love to have junk foods such as burger, pizza, french fries etc. But these kind of food only has a negative impact on their health. I know it hard to keep them away from junk food but it's the need to keep them fit, and by being fit, they can do anything.

  5. MAXIMUM USE OF GREEN VEGGIES Green vegetables are something kids avoid. They try to eat everything except veggies. As in this era of technology, students are always on mobile, laptop, or some screen, which makes their eye sight weak. But green veggies helps them to regain their eye sight.

  6. DRINK WATER Generally people drink water when there is a need, but a person should drink as much as water possible in a single day. As kids are always active, they should be hyderated. Water has oxygen in it which makes kids feel refreshed rather than tired.

  7. AVOID TV WHILE DINING People use to watch television while having their meal, which should be strictly avoided. Watching something while eating is not good as it tends to attract all your attention and makes you over-eat. Over-eating is not a good thing, as it makes kid feel sleepy and inactive.

  8. FAMILY DINNER Try to have frequent family dinner. Living in this hectic life schedule family members generally doesn't eat together anymore. Family having dinner together has a great impact on child's mind, they feel happy and loved which is the most important thing. Because of which kid's mind stays positive and healthy.

  9. SHARING WITH PARENTS, STUDENTS AND WITH OTHERS Food is directly proportional to a kid's behaviour As we all came to know that how important are healthy eating habits for a child. We think that what its impact, let them enjoy eating junk food. No, now as we all have gathered information it's high time to opt healthy eating habits.
