  3. Button The File menu from Word 2003 has been replaced with the Microsoft Office Button. This button contains the basic commands such as Open, Save, Print, Prepare and Publish. To learn more, play the video located in the picture frame.

  4. Ribbon The menus and toolbars from Word 2003 have been replaced with the Ribbon in 2007. The Ribbon helps you find the commands needed to complete a task. Commands are organized in logical Groups, under Tabs. The Tab relates to a specific activity, such as laying out a page. To learn more, play video located in picture frame.

  5. Preview Preview allows you to view a formatting change before actually making the selection. To learn more, view video located in the picture frame.

  6. Pages With Word 2007, you can add professional looking cover pages to your document. To learn more, view video located in the picture frame.

  7. Headers & Footers The content of the Header will appear at the top of each printed page. The content of the Footer will appear at the bottom of each printed page. To learn more, view video located in the picture frame.

  8. Toolbars The Mini Toolbar appears automatically when you select text and when you right click text. To learn more, view video located in picture frame.

  9. SmartArt SmartArt Graphics allow you to create designer quality illustrations In previous versions of Word your selection of Diagrams were limited.   10. Picture Styles are available to help you format a picture. When the picture is selected the Picture Tools Tab appears showing a large selection of styles to help enhance your picture. To learn more, view video located in the picture frame.
