That includes: 1. lawn fertilizer, 2. grass clippings, STORMWATER POLLUTANTS FIND THEIR WAY INTO WHERE WE FISH,WHAT WE DRINK AND WHERE WE SWIM. 3. pet waste, and 4. tree leaves. All are sources of plant nutrients that turns streams, lakes, and rivers green with algae.

Construction Site Stormwater Runoff Control • Ordinance 1600 • ESC standards, inspections, and enforcements • Kalispell Construction Stormwater Management Permit • Aid for ordinance compliance, tracking, inspection, and oversight of land disturbance • Any land disturbance activities within City limits
