  2. WHY? • TO PROVIDE HEAT IN THE UNHEATED AREAS OF THE MEMORIAL COMPLEX • TO PROVIDE FREEZE PROTECTION • TO BE BETTER PREPARED FOR POTENTIAL TENNANTS.

  3. TO BE MORE ENERGY EFFICEINT. • TO SAVE MAINTENANCE TIME AND COSTS.

  5. WHO? EXISTING STAFF – Rick Booth – Master HVAC with 37 years experience. - Terry Boutwell – 43 years experience as an electrician. - Greg Snyder – 15+ years experience as an electrician. - Josh Skidmore – 5+ years experience as an electrician.

  6. 2 CONTRACTUAL WORKERS • FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT ESTIMATED AT 350 HOURS (8-9 WEEKS) • PAY RANGE $15 - $20 PER HOUR (BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS) $10,500 - $14,000

  7. AIRCON – Jason Pannone - Licensed PE - assistance in project management. - engineered the project. - assist with technical aspects of the project.

  8. WHEN? • AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. • OTHER PROJECTS WILL BE PUT ON HOLD. • OTHER MAINTENANCE REPAIRS BE PUT ON HOLD IF NOT CRITICAL.

  9. OTHER PROJECT POINTS • SELL THE OLD BOILERS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT. • SCRAP METAL AND SALVAGE PIPE. • ENERGY CREDITS FOR MORE EFFICIENT EQUIPMENT.
