  1. Preparatory Phase Proposal The closest objective: To submit a successful Preparatory Phase Proposal Sofia Mariano INGV Rome

  2. EPSS system Coordinator Details Participant Details

  3. Participating in EPOS PP • The participants added in the EPSS system for submitting the Preparatory Phase (PP) proposal will be the same that will sign the Consortium Agreement (among partners) and that will be included in Grant Agreement (with EC) • Insert a participant is pretty easy…. It is not easy to delete or change a partner…. • The best job we do in submitting the PP proposal the less we have to do for negotiating it and for signing the Grant Agreement

  4. Participating in EPOS PP • Having a support letter is essential to be involved in the EPOS PP proposal • Support letters will be also added as annexes to the part B of the proposal (request from the EC) • You will be added as a participant on the EPSS system • You will receive your account details automatically by email • You will be asked to fill in the A2 form as well as other forms related to budget

  5. Work to bring home • Send us the support letter as soon as you get it • Send us by email your organization name and the contact person you want to be added in the system (preferably the person in charge for representing your country in EPOS) • Sent us your Participant Identity Code (PIC number), if you have one • Fill the A2 form as soon as possible • Define together the A3 forms if needed

  7. Participants’ involvement

  8. A3 form Each participant in the proposed project will fill in the A3 form in the EPSS taking into account the input coming from the table 1.3. a.1 and coherently with the description of tasks in part B

  9. Part B:2.2 Individual participants • For each participant in the proposed project, provide a brief description of the legal entity, the main tasks they have been attributed, and the previous experience relevant to those tasks. • Provide also a short profile of the staff members who will be undertaking the work. • Half a page per participant. However, where two or more departments within an organisation have quite distinct roles within the proposal, half a page per department is acceptable.
