  2. OPM Provider Selection • The OPM committee will meet on April 29 to score the campus presentation section of the RFP. The committee will then make the final decision on the OPM provider with which to begin contract negotiations. • The committee is comprised of: • Abbigail Belcher, Associated Students of the University of Montana • Cassandra Hemphill, Missoula College Faculty Association • Bob Hlynosky, Procurement Manager • Adrea Lawrence, Interim Dean of the Phyllis J. Washington College of Education and Human Sciences • Maricel Lawrence, Executive Director, UMOnline • Mark Pershouse, Faculty Senate Chair-Elect • Daisy Rooks, University Faculty Association • Renae Scott, Interim Chief Information Officer • Robert Squires, Director, UMOnline • Scott Whittenburg, Vice President for Research and Creative Scholarship and Dean of the Graduate School

Updated Timeline for OPM Engagement Spring 2020: Projected initial increase in online enrollment for existing online OPM programs Fall 2019: Units and OPM work together to market/recruit for the selected existing online programs April 18: Faculty Senate Meeting Summer 2019: Contract is negotiated by Procurement, Provost’s Office, and UMOnline. Deans, Faculty Senate, MCFA,UFA, and ASUM representatives provide feedback Summer 2019: Based contract finalized April 30: Example OPM Contracts posted to OPM site Summer 2019 Fall 2019 Spring 2020 Summer 2019: OPM visits UM campus to learn UM systems, policies and procedures. Market Research is finalized Fall 2019: Academic units and OPM identify programs on which both want to collaborate April 29 OPM committee selects OPM provider

  4. Master Service Agreement • Content: • Definitions • Description of services provided by the OPM • Responsibilities of the institution (admission requirements, student tuition and fees, development of content, providing instructors for courses, etc.) • Amendments for each program • Etc.
