Conclusions • Buildingis elipse-shapedwhichgivesthebestareaoftheenvelope/buildingspaceratioandadapts to the sun path; • Increasedproportion of glazed facades benefitsdaylightfactorandhasa positive impact on residents' health, wellbeing and productivity; • Atthesametimethisincreasecoolingload ofworkingspace, that'swhyofficeareaislocatedontheNorthside • Buildingusereflectedsunlightinsteadofdirect, whichreduseglareeffect; • Theuse of atrium contributesbuilding sustainabilitybyprovisionofnatural ventilation; • The aim of the architectural passive cooling is achievedbysettingcorrectlinesofaction – BUILDING SHAPE, SOLAR PATH, SUSTAINABILITY.
