  2. Overton-Broad Connector • 1.5 mile corridor along Broad Ave. and Tillman St. • Connects Overton Park to Shelby Farms Greenlineand Park • Historically underserved & neglected neighborhoods and business districts • Proposed two-way cycle track • Positive community support and participation

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave • 1.1 mile corridor connecting Midtown to Downtown Memphis • Southern edge of Medical District – high employment & student populations • Most adjacent land uses are institutional in nature and ownership • Designated bike route since 2003; popular among cyclists for recreation and commuting • Proposed cycle track design

  4. Harahan Bridge Project • 1 mile bridge spanning the MS River connecting downtown Memphis with West Memphis, AR • Active rail crossing operated by UPRR • Unused road structures to be repurposed for bike/ped access across the river • Main St. to Main St. project proposal submitted for TIGER IV program • Proposed protected bike facilities between bridge approach and Central Station
