  2. When assembling an electrical installation, one of the factors that we have to assess in greater detail is the choice of the electrical cables that will form it.

  3. Cable section • One of the main aspects that we have to take into account is the section of it. Depending on the electrical current load that we plan to contract, one type of cable or another will be more useful. For a low consumption in amps, of about 10, the section can be 1.5 square millimetres, while, if we need a higher amperage, from about 25 to 32 amps, the section will have to be larger, this being up to 6 millimeters squares.

  4. The length  Likewise, before choosing any amount of cable, we will have to take into account the length of the cable to buy the appropriate amount. In this case, we always recommend buying a little more, in case there has been any inaccuracy when calculating it.

  5. Flexibility Another aspect of value is the flexibility of the cable. This flexibility will depend on the number of copper wires that make up the cable. The flexible cable is usually more manageable, so it is much more recommended in those installations where they are embedded in the wall or if for whatever reason, it has to go through an elbow or curve.
