Italian food is preferred by people of all ages. Pasta's available in different varieties like penne rigate, fussili, conchigli, farfalle, spaghetti, lumache ( cut macroni), coloured pasta etc. • Pasta is a staple in the diet of people around the world. Pasta makes an ideal meal as a part of healthy diet as it is a rich food high in complex carbohydrates, vitamins, iron, and above all is low in calories. End Next
