  1. The Biz Globe Concept invented by: Michael DeVore, Student Inventor

  2. The Problem with Business Cards • Have you ever gave your business card to a potential client, boss, associate, celebrity, or a CEO and they never contacted you? Well they may not have done this intentionally. They are usually consumed with a lot of work, therefore they tend to forget about you because they store your business cards in their wallets or purses. • Therefore, this results in the person with the next big thing to lose out on what could have been their big break and it also causes that potential business partner to lose out on business opportunities that could have made them millions of dollars.

  3. Solution to this Problem: The Biz Globe • The Biz Globe will help increase your chance of getting that call or email back from the people who you desire to work for or partner with for your business venture. • The Biz Globe will sit conveniently on a desk and also perform other actions that can benefit each owner so that they will see it as an valuable asset. • This is the solution a lot of people have been waiting on.

  4. The Vision for the BizGlobe • The Biz Globe can impact the lives of many aspiring entrepreneurs and it is an unprecedented idea that vistaprint.com would see as an asset to increase their business card sales. Whenever a product can change lives by creating opportunities, people will be attracted to it. This is why it is large enough to attract resources. (Not actual Biz Globe)

  5. Milestones for the Biz Globe • The Biz Globe needs funding to be protected and to be built. • Getting investors and the necessary companies on board will be the most challenging part. • After a small amount of research & development, the Biz Globe will be ready to be put on shelves and sold to the public.

  6. How will the Biz Globe Work? • The Biz Globe will have a 360 touch screen surface that will constantly display every business card in a rotation that the owner scans and uploads. • The base of the Biz Globe will contain a business card slot that will scan the front and back of each business card. Then digitally upload a copy to the Biz Globe’s surface. • The owner’s memory will be jogged thanks to the Biz Globe displaying your business card.

  7. Leadership for the Biz Globe • Based on the impressive success that Samsung had with their android smart phones, I believe that under their leadership the Biz Globe will become a household product for each entrepreneur, college student, business people, doctors, lawyers, and many more.

  8. Building the Biz Globe • The Biz Globe will consist of known technology, features, and materials that are out today. It is possible to create. Simply modifying the concept of a snow globe. • Also the Biz Globe will have unprecedented features created by Michael DeVore that will make it unique and popular to use. Through research and development, these also are possible.

  9. Resources needed for the Biz Globe • Investors to fund to the expense of the Biz Globe’s patent and other miscellaneous expenses • An electronics company & software company such as IBM, Intel, Samsung, Microsoft, or Google to build a prototype • A partnership deal with www.vistaprint.com to advertise the Biz Globe to their customers
