  1. Campus Checkpoint Data Analysis Form To be completed after each Campus Checkpoint.

  2. After YOU scan…1. Log in to Aware.2. Click on the name of the class that took the Checkpoint.3.Click on Campus Checkpoint.4. Click on subject.5. Click 2013-2014.6. Click on the grade level (if applies).7. Click on the name of the test.See the next screen for an example.

  3. Get the Campus Checkpoint form in front of you.

  4. Click on the teacher icon.

  5. Do you know who your campus Academically Fragile Student Group (AFS) is?If not, your principal will have that information.

  6. Using the dropdown menu in Aware find Campus Checkpoint Data Analysis – Totals (Step 1), you will fill the right side of the ratios using the “Total Students” column. In this example, the AFS Group is African American (4). This class has 12 Economically Disadvantaged students, 3 sped students and the total number of students is 14.

  7. Completing the Ratios of Students Who Scored 80% or Higher (Step 2)

  8. Now in Step 2 view…Look at the “Total Students” column to fill in the left side of the ratios for 80% or higher.

  9. Now in Step 2 view…Look at the “Total Students” column to fill in the left side of the ratios for 80% or higher.

  10. Completing the Ratios of Students Who Scored 60% or Lower (Step 3)

  11. Now in Step 3 view…Look at the “Total Students” column to fill in the left side of the ratios for 60% or lower.

  12. Now in Step 4 view…Each subgroup has a different section. You will be looking at your AFS, ED and SPED sections to complete the Item # section of your Campus Checkpoint Data Analysis – Item # (Step 4) In our example, the AFS group is African American.

  13. Completing the Item # (Step 4)

  14. Fill in Student Expectation for each question and the Percentage Correct for the answer choice highlighted in green for each of the three groups.

  15. You will need to fill in the Classroom Analysis & Action Plan section based on your data.
