  2. Lesson Objectives • Students will be able to compare and contrast modes of travel in AD 150 with those used today by researching through search engines, such as dogpile and ask.com. • They will be able to assess the impact of modern technology on communication.

Altered Lesson Plan • How we integrated technology • internet search engines • notes taken on blog pages • Read, write, think-compare and contrast map • print findings • Follow-up quiz on survey monkey • What we think of the changes • Allows students to work together • Students become more familiar with search engines and blogs • allows students to visualize how much technology has changed & use creative thinking to imagine their lives without it

  4. Loti Level • We feel this would be a Loti Level 3 because all students are engaged in technological research; however, it is under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
