Enhancements Process • Enhancement Request • Suggestion or recommendation to improve one of the Sybase, Inc. products • Purpose of ISUG’s Enhancements Process • Facilitate communication between Sybase and customers • Influence product direction • Enhancement Requests can be submitted for any Sybase product at the ISUG web site (www.isug.com)

Enhancements Process (cont.) • Requests become visible on the website after being reviewed by Enhancements Committee (to avoid duplicate or unclear requests) • Allows members to give comments on the requests • Allows members to vote and prioritize the requests • Results of prioritization are reviewed with Sybase

ISUG Innovation and Achievement Award • Recognizes outstanding contribution by an individual or an organization to the Sybase user community • Award selection criteria includes the ability of the user community to utilize the technique, product or service • Award recipients receive free TechWave conference pass, air and hotel accommodations
