  1. Which birth control method is the safest? This is one of those questions that we always whisper about but we never do we do open up about this and converse about this at its true crux, the question is none other than, “Which birth control method is the safest?” The answer happens to be a complex one, more than that, there is not a particular method or a technique that we need to abide by to avoid the later scenario. A few methods that we have to list are: 1. Sterilization for women: Sterilization is a permanent procedure which can not be reversed. Herein, the fallopian tubes in the body are cut and tied with help of an instrument. As a result, the inner wall gets blocked and the region is sealed permanently. It is an extremely safe and effective birth control method, but it must be remembered that it is not possible to be reversed, so if you, later on, change your mind about getting pregnant, the process is going to be a lengthy and costly affair. 2. IUD: IUD (Intrauterine Device) is a small T-shaped device that is inserted inside the woman’s uterus to prevent pregnancy, it is made out of flexible plastic, so it can be removed at any poi t of time in the future. Thus, it is one of the most reliable and effective methods. 3. Vasectomy: Under this process, the tubes responsible for transportation of sperm in the body are sealed. It ensures that the sperm does not mix with other seminal liquids. As a result, when a male ejaculate, the seminal liquids are ejected through the exit canal, sans any sperms. It is an extremely safe and effective method, but the reversal is very difficult and costs a huge chunk of money. 4. Eloira IUD: Eloira IUD is a device which is inserted and placed in the uterus, it releases small amounts of levonorgestrel directly in the uterus and the release of the hormone prevents pregnancy. 5. Breastfeeding: Breastfeeding is not just a form of providing appropriate nutrition to your infant, it can also help to prevent birth control if done in the correct manner.

  2. If a female breastfeeds an infant every four hours in the day and every 6 hours in the night, then the body naturally stops ovulating. This, in turn, leads to no period and since the body does not release eggs, there is no way you can get pregnant unless you are using other medical treatments. This method is proven to be 98% effective and is quite reliable.
