  3. Important Information • School Start Time – 9:00 • School End Time – 3:00 • Morning & After Care available through the YMCA held here at Navesink • 301 students in grades K – 5 • Students proceed to Bayshore Middle School

  6. Academic Information • Students will have a 120 minute literacy block daily • Students will have a minimum of 60 minutes of math instruction daily • Students will have science and social studies daily • POWER Block Daily

Special Area Classes • Spanish – one time per week, in the classroom (Mrs. Loperena) • Music – one time per week, in the multi-use room (Mr. Lyon) • Health – one time per week in the classroom (Mrs. Finlay) • Art – one time per week in the APR (Mrs. Henderson) • Gym – one time per week in the APR (Mrs. Finlay)
